About the wine

Tasting note
The Roma brings a piece of warmth and sunshine to your glass. Roma impresses with the aromas of ripe red fruits complemented by balsamic notes. The aging in wood creates vanilla tones and some coconut. The tannins are soft and well integrated.

Goes well with Italian cuisine, pasta, barbecues, pizza.
Vinification
The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stalh tanks. Then aging for a few months, partly in oak barrels and partly in steel tanks.
