Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red, intense and varietal scent with distinct notes of violets, red berries and precious spices. Extremely complex on the palate, cocoa, violet and licorice aromas are harmoniously combined and rest on well-integrated tannin. An elegant Piedmontese with a long-lasting finish and aftertaste.

Vinification
The maceration takes approximately 7 days. The wine ages in French barriques (Allier) for 16 months.
