About the wine
A few kilometers from Alba, in the heart of the Roero area, near the town of Canale, is the Azienda Agricola Malvirà. Quality wines are grown here. Today, Giuseppe's friendly sons run the business: Massimo is responsible for the vines and Roberto is responsible for the cellar. Excellent wines are produced from seven vineyards. In addition, the family has set up an agriturismo business in recent years, which offers accommodation and restaurants at its best. Villa Tiboldi is still a secret tip.
Tasting note
On the nose, aromas of spices, black fruits, dried roses. On the palate, it has aromas of black fruits and strawberry jam. An elegant wine with round and balanced tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpost team is recommended for pizza, burrata and truffle risotto.
