Tasting note
The Negro family has been growing wine since 1670! And today it is synonymous with top quality in the Piedmontese Roero region. Arneïs is an autochthonous vine, this top wine from the house is exceptional. The steep Perdaudin hillside, the most historic for the Arneïs grape of all, is primarily responsible. It makes a lively, complex wine with exciting aromas (orange blossoms, pears, minerals...).

Goes well with aperitif riche, fish dishes of all kinds, poultry, pizza & pasta & risotto, truffle dishes, vegetarian dishes of all kinds.
