Tasting note
Arneis is the only white wine produced by the Giovanni and Silvano Pasquero Elia brothers. The grapes come from the Vigna Elisa vineyard in the Roero area. As a result of the contact of the grape must with the berry skins for 24 hours and the six-month aging on the yeast, this arneis gains a fruity intensity and a vife presence that is second to none.
