About the wine
We have a special, distinctive white wine from 2021 for you, which is a source of enthusiasm among many wine connoisseurs. With sensitivity and intuition, the winemaker from the Italian winery Giovanni Rosso masters this white wine in the picturesque and sunny countryside of Piedmont. Tasting note
Pale straw-yellow color. On the nose, scent of acacia, peach, pear and nuances of mango. Balanced and fresh on the palate, with an elegant and hearty aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent accompaniment to starters and spring dishes, vegetable soups, freshwater fish dishes and vitello tonnato. Also highly recommended as an aperitif.
Vinification
Ageing for 16 months in steel tanks. It rests in the bottle for three months before being sold.
