About the wine
Gabriele Scaglione describes itself as a spirito indipendent — as a free spirit — who follows his passion and love for excellent wines. Thanks to strict selection and extensive maintenance in the vineyards, he produces typical terroir wines in Piedmont in small but fine production.

Tasting note
On the nose, Roero Arneis smells of white peaches, apricots, citrus fruits and green apples with subtle, floral notes. Dry on the palate with lots of freshness and juicy acidity. Balanced, medium-long finish with aromas of lemon and peach.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with vitello tonnato, seafood, zucchini risotto, asparagus dishes or mild goat cheese.
Vinification
The selected grapes are harvested manually at the beginning of September and then gently pressed. The must is then fermented in steel tanks at a cool temperature and bottled after storage of six months.
