About the wine
The provocative white wine 2017 — Roero Arneis DOCG is the missing puzzle piece on your wine rack. Picturesque and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Bruno Giacosa conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This ice cream is very good to serve with tapas dishes or fried chicken.

Tasting note
Shiny straw yellow with green reflections. Very complex, floral and mineral on the nose, with notes of pears, some bergamot, ripe citrus fruits and honey, plus a fine spice. Invitingly refreshing on the palate. With lots of juice and melt, always elegant. The notes from the nose are repeated on the palate. Perfectly integrated and supportive acid, wonderful texture. The aftertaste is aromatic and of very good length.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with an aperitif, but also with fish and vegetarian pasta.
Vinification
Vinification in steel tanks followed by aging in the bottle for three to six months.
