About the wine
The Pescaja family works according to the three letters in their name, SCA (Sole, Cuore, Anima). Care for nature and simplicity is our foundation. That is why the sun is so important to us, it is synonymous with terroir and microclimate. Heart, instead, the energy of every new company is and is it the creative ideas. Tasting note
Spring nature - lush meadows, everything very young, fresh, juicy, the fruit bright, green, with delicate sweetness, fresh grass, meadow, gooseberries, bananas that are not yet ripe, everything looks so carefree young, yet tender, unagitated and yet strong, so much cheerful, ambitious life. On the palate, juicy, grassy tart freshness, relaxed and cheerful, with a whistle, a slightly bitter touch, and always with that gentle, soft nature that is so peculiar to young people! You hardly ever get so much spring in bottles. Easy, nice, enjoy life, so lovely Roero!

Selective reading by hand. Temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks. No fining.
