Tasting note
Color: brilliant, sunny, bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: Full-bodied, impetuous, intense and delicate. Fruity yet floral, reminiscent of peach, apricot, broom and chamomile. Taste: dry, pleasant and balanced. Fresh, long-lasting with a great, slightly almond-like aroma.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to starters and light first courses with vegetables. Can also be served with fish dishes and white meats.
Vinification
Classic, in steel vats with fermentation at controlled temperatures.
