Tasting note
The straw yellow color, which tends to golden, glows in the glass. The bouquet is fruity and aromatic, with notes of bananas and pears as well as some sage. The taste is also fruity and well-balanced.
Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: 1-4 years. Flaschenpost team is recommended with fried chicken and tapas dishes.
Vinification
A few words about vinification: The Arneis grapes grow in the “Monfrigio” vineyard in Castellinaldo, province of Cuneo. In the second half of September, the grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in a temperature-controlled manner at 16 — 18°C and subsequent expansion in steel tanks.
