About the wine
The fertile and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Porello conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. If we can offer something special for Christmas 2021, it is this provocative white wine 2020 Roero Arneis DOCG Camestri. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a culinary experience when you offer this ice cream with tapas dishes or fried chicken.

Tasting note
Light yellow in color, complex bouquet with notes of acacia flowers and honey. Flowery on the palate with yellow fruits and lots of flavor.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitif, fish, vegetable dishes, poultry
Vinification
20 days of alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature. Expansion in steel tanks. The wine is left on the fine lees until bottling.
