Tasting note
Straw yellow. Complex nose with aromas of pickled pears and melon. Oily, supple on the palate, with notes of white, fresh fruit and subtle acidity. Perfect for an aperitif, accompanied by whitefish mousse and nuts.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with antipasti, vitello tonnato, fish dishes, seafood or mild goat cheese. Also ideal as an aperitif on warm days.
