About the wine
RØD is the perfect aperitif and is ideal both to start and end a meal. It goes particularly well with fish and seafood or desserts with berries.

Tasting note
Sparkling Tea Rød delights with distinct notes of red berries, hibiscus, blackberries and well-tared citrus. There is also a slight bitter note of bergamot oil, which is part of the Lady Grey and Earl Grey teas used. The drinking experience is rounded off by a harmonious finish with a touch of red berries.

It goes particularly well with fish and seafood or desserts with berries.
Vinification
Sparkling teas consist of up to 13 types of organic tea, including black, green, white and oolong tea. Sommelier Jacob Kocemba brews the teas by hand. Each tea is individually treated and processed in small batches to ensure the highest quality. The tea blends are refined with white wine or grape juice as well as natural aromas such as lemon juice, without artificial additives.
