Tasting note
Light straw yellow. Fruity bouquet with notes of pineapple, citrus and fresh herbs. Tasty fruit on the palate, harmonious body and a characteristic, slightly bitter almond note on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal as an aperitif. It is also an ideal accompaniment to fish and poultry dishes or medium-strength soft cheeses.
