About the wine
Fertile and blooming Tuscan landscapes give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Rocca di Montemassi conjures up this red wine with refinement and sensitivity. We have a special, distinctive Merlot from 2014 for you, which many wine connoisseurs will love. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Merlot with slightly spicy red meat or poultry.

Tasting note
In the glass, a sparkling ruby red with violet reflections. Intense nose of cherries, wild berries, spicy mint and pepper. Complex, harmonious and fresh on the palate. With elegance and expressiveness. The aftertaste is long.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with stew, Mediterranean cuisine, beef, aged cheese.
Vinification
It is aged for 14 months in 350 liter oak barrels. The wine then matures in the bottle for a further ten months.
