Tasting note
Brilliant cherry red with purple and garnet reflections, complex bouquet with lots of black fruit, underlaid with a fine vanilla aroma as well as cinnamon and licorice. On the palate, the wine appears even more complex: peppery notes, accompanied by spruce needles, lead to an aftertaste with a pleasant liquorice note. Overall, the Montelaguna Viñas del Páramo looks very elegant.
Culinary recommendation
It goes wonderfully with lamb dishes, pasta al forno and cheese. But also with a charcuterie plate or just because!

20 days of maceration, after alcoholic fermentation, the aging takes place for 6 months in barriques from France, America and Central Europe
