Tasting note
A powerful rosé made from steep slate slopes. On the nose, red cherries, oranges, grapefruit and some rosemary, thyme and spices. Dry on the palate, the light tannins add body and character. Subtle red fruits, oranges and fresh herbs accompany the long finish. This rosé wine can already be drunk now, but it has aging potential.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the Pinot Noir grapes are briefly crushed and fermented spontaneously in stainless steel tanks and aged largely uncontrolled. The wine is then minimally filtered and sulfurized.
