About the wine
Ribolla Gialla is considered one of the oldest grape varieties in Italy and can be found almost exclusively in the border region of Italy and Slovenia. It is bottled as a pure gin as well as used in cuvées. It is also suitable as a base wine for sparkling wines, and some of the most well-known orange wines are made from this versatile variety.

Tasting note
Bright straw yellow with elegant greenish reflections. Elegant and intense fragrance, floral and fruity. The predominant aromas are acacia, plum, yellow peach and pomegranate. On the palate, the wine is intense and full-bodied, and the smooth body reflects the characteristic features of Ribolla Gialla. The dry and spicy taste gives off a pleasant freshness thanks to the special winemaking process. The long-lasting finish is pleasantly aromatic and is accompanied by an elegant, slightly spicy aftertaste.
