Tasting note
Bright rosé, fine and elegant on the nose with the scent of roses and peaches, fresh and unmistakably delicious with an aftertaste of almonds.
Culinary recommendation
A pleasant summer aperitif, excellent with fish, especially from the lake, grilled sardines and spaghetti with white fish, combined with poultry.
Vinification
Vinified using the Saignée method. Contact with the shells approx. 16-24 hours.
