Tasting note
On the nose, a bouquet of light, fruity scent of pink grapefruit and apricot unfolds, complemented by floral notes and hints of tea and chamomile. On the palate, Rissoa impresses with its balanced acidity, which starts a pleasantly slightly spicy finish. The aromas on the nose are reflected in the taste and make this wine an excellent companion for light cuisine and convivial gatherings.

Vinification
The production of Rissoa begins with the careful handpicking of the grapes: Cabernet franc and Syrah. After harvesting, the grapes are cooled and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, which is gradually increased towards the end to preserve the aromas. After thirty days on fine yeast with daily bâtonnage, the wine ages in the bottle for a further two months.
