In 1440, Höngger vines belonging to the Zweifel family were first mentioned in documents. In addition to the Klingen and Riedhof vineyards in Zurich, excellent grapes are brought to Höngg every autumn from our own vineyards in Regensberg, Otelfingen, Stäfa and Remigen AG as well as from friendly regional winegrowers, where city winemaker Urs Zweifel presses with the latest know-how and state-of-the-art technology and makes it among the 100 best Swiss winemaker (Vinum).
