About the wine
Made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, aged in American wood for 12 months. Intense ruby red. Aroma of ripe fruit with spicy notes of vanilla and clove from aging in barrel. Round and soft with well-integrated tannins and a long finish.

Tasting note
The wine has a ruby red color with purple reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe red fruits develop, accompanied by balsamic notes such as cedarwood and vanilla as well as subtle roasted notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and balanced, with well-integrated, soft tannins and harmonious acidity. The aftertaste is long-lasting and is characterized by mineral and balsamic nuances.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with red meat dishes, rice and pasta dishes as well as with various Mediterranean dishes.
Vinification
The carefully selected grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels (70% American oak, 30% French oak) and in stainless steel tanks for a further 12 months before being bottled.
