Tasting note
Salmon pink with orange reflections. On the nose, scents of fresh fruit salad made from tropical fruits with subtle aromatic wild flowers. Very pleasant, satisfying and balanced taste with moderate acidity, persistence and length on the palate. Fresh tropical fruit aromas such as pineapple.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with all types of rice, low-seasoned pasta, white meat and fish
Vinification
The grapes are picked by hand and aged in steel tanks.
