About the wine

Tasting note
Our wine recommendation for game: the ideal wine for autumn. Dark ruby red. This Reserva is elegant and powerful and offers a lot of spice in addition to dark fruit. Aromas of clove, fine wood, coconut and mature tannin. Perfect for autumn, with aromatic cuisine.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with hearty meats, stews and strong cheeses.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. 17°C at the start and 30°C at the finish. Post-fermentation lasts 13 days. Lactic acid fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Ageing: 24 months in American oak barrels (50%) and French oak barrels (50%), then 18 months in bottle.
