Tasting note
Delicate ruby red. On the nose, aromas of flowers, menthol, red fruits, cedarwood and spices. Direct and juicy on the palate with refreshing acidity and fine tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat, aged hard cheeses, game fowl or stews.
Vinification
Fermentation in cement tanks, aging in cement, wood and amphora. Finally, 8 months in French oak barrels.
