About the wine

Tasting note
Medium intensity golden yellow color. Complex bouquet with aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers, herbs, white pepper and fine ripe notes. Medium-bodied on the palate, with refreshing acidity and good length.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with white meats, truffle dishes, mature soft cheeses and fatty fish such as sardines or mackerel.
Vinification
Fermentation in cement tanks, subsequent storage in cement, wood and amphora, then assemblage in barriques for 6 months. Finally refined in bottle for 12 months.
