About the wine
The grape harvest is carried out by hand. Fermentation takes place at a constant temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for 14 months in American and European oak barrels. Without filtration, the wine is bottled and aged in the bottle for another year.

Tasting note
Intense cherry red of medium density with no color change at the hem. Very intense nose with very special and intense spicy and balm notes in the background, which are due to the use of new oak. Aromas of ripe black fruit with smoked notes, as well as noticeable vanilla and tobacco notes. Very persistent. Velvety and mild on the palate. Wonderful freshness with mineral notes, balanced, with ripe tannin, beautifully round and persistent in the mouth.

Goes well with starters, Spanish cuisine, poultry, red meat, stews, legumes, stews, hard cheeses.
