About the wine
With experience and intuition, the winemaker from the Spanish winery Bodega Altos R masters this white wine in the picturesque and beautiful landscape of the Upper Ebro. With the fine Rioja DOC Blanco, which was produced in 2016, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an accompaniment to fish, seafood or vegetable dishes. But it also goes wonderfully with an aperitif.
Vinification
Some of the Viura grapes are harvested at the beginning of ripening, the second part is harvested when fully ripe, and both parts are cold-fermented in steel tanks. The ripe Malvasia undergoes alcoholic fermentation in barriques. 40% of this blend is aged for four months in 3-year-old barriques, while the rest remains in steel tanks. This complex production process is one reason for the complex notes and the richness of the palate that make up this wonderful wine.
