Tasting note
Dark ruby red with blue reflections, intense scent of ripe wild berries, accompanied by spicy and woody notes. On the palate, it has juicy fruit, medium richness and supple tannins.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with various everyday dishes, both dark and white meats, vegetable dishes and pasta.
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 20 days at 28°C, aging for 14 months in American oak barrels. A further 12 months of bottle storage.
