Tasting note
Very dense, brilliant ruby red. Distinctive on the nose with complex aromas of blue and black berries, as well as licorice and toasted notes. Full body with a balanced and complex structure and velvety tannins. Extremely complex with a long-lasting finish.

Goes well with beef and game.
Vinification
Traditional vinification using spontaneous fermentation. Further expansion in Foudres, France (approx. 1000l)
