About the wine

Tasting note
Intense, rich ruby. Strong, seductive nose with notes of sweet blackberries, elderberries and cloves. On the palate, a racy, mouth-filling start, with aromas of dark berries and warm spices. Pleasantly densely structured with nice fruit sweetness. A passionate wine with a spicy, medium-length finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with red meat or pasta with pesto.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested separately, destemmed, gently pressed and then fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The aging takes place in 30 hl wooden barrels for twelve months.
