Tasting note
Attractive bouquet with aromas of apricots, orange zest and white stone fruit nuances, plus floral notes and a touch of blossom honey. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with a multi-faceted acid structure and harmonious fruit sweetness. Good length, light-footed and delicately salty and mineral in the aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif and also with various starters, such as zander ceviche, pea soup with lime-mint oil or vegetables in tempura batter with herb-sour cream dip. Also great with slightly spicy Asian cuisine.
