Tasting note
The old vines in the Zeppwingert vineyard produce multi-faceted, extremely concentrated Rieslings. They shine with distinctive minerality, precise acid structure and great potential.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the wines are aged largely uncontrolled both in wooden barrels and in stainless steel tanks and left on the full yeast for a long time. The puristic wines are neither embellished nor de-acidified.
