Tasting note
Slightly reductive, spicy, dense and deep in the nose. With a good acid structure and excellent maturity.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes quickly reach the cellar. Here they are sorted, carefully pressed and spontaneously fermented. The aging takes place in large oak barrels (1,200 liters) on solid yeast. Since no animal products are used in the cellar, all wines from the winery are vegan.
