Tasting note
Clear and elegant on the nose with intense notes of exotic and candied fruits and ginger. Impresses with tension, depth, brilliant acidity and a harmoniously integrated Botrytis note.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are gently pressed and then spontaneously fermented. A long aging process on fine yeast provides a lot of texture and complexity.
