Brilliant yellow with greenish reflections. The scent develops an intense aroma of ripe citrus fruits, apricots and a hint of peach, accompanied by fine mineral notes and a subtle floral freshness. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a noticeable, well-integrated acidity, which gives the wine an elegant structure. The aftertaste is long and complex, with a nice balance between freshness and spice
