Complex, elegant and wild on the nose. A fruity, seductive bouquet of young peaches, some melon and soft citrus notes. Culinary recommendation
It goes well with fish dishes, white meat, seafood, salad creations, asparagus and vegetarian dishes.
Vinification
The grapes for this Riesling come from calcareous soils around Schweigen-Rechtenbach. After careful handpicking, gentle processing takes place. The fermentation is spontaneous and the aging takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness and minerality of the wine.
