Tasting note
Herbal scent paired with yellow-fruit, floral aromas. On the palate, the aromas accompany the clear and intense mineral vein. A sustainable wine with a bite and a nice finish.

Goes well with egg dishes, mild curries, charcuterie, fried vegetables
Vinification
The grapes are usually harvested from mid-October at around 85-90° Oechsle. Spontaneously fermented in old fuder barrels, filled after approx. 10 months of barrel aging.
