About the wine

Tasting note
Open nose for pear, citrus and peach. Intense on the palate with tension and a pleasant texture. The juicy aftertaste ends on ripe, yellow fruits.

Vinification
After gentle pressing, the manually harvested grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and bottled after brief storage in spring.
