About the wine
It's only been back at the forefront for a few years, but that's no wonder, but thanks to the courageous Daniel Wagner. After taking over his parents' winery in the 1990s, with passion and unwavering confidence, he led the winery with its excellent locations (15 ha) back to the top of Rheinhessen, where it was 100 years ago. Year after year, Daniel Wagner and his team work out the special features of the volcanic sites more precisely; the work in the vineyard (certified organic) is exemplary! Vibrant, mineral white wines, distinctive and large.

Tasting note
A shark radiates great sovereignty, silent power and elegance. Tart, fresh apples, citrus fruits, stones. On the palate, flows smoothly, soft and yet firm, with great balance across the palate, the terrific acidity accompanied by cool sweet fruit and minerality, ice cream candy. In warmer climes, more exotic and aggressive on the palate! Because of estate wine. Character giant from a very big wine year!

Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Riesling trocken harmoniert bestens mit Crevetten, Ente und indischer Küche.
Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Aging in stainless steel tanks and traditional, old barrel (oak).
