Tasting note
This estate riesling is animatingly fresh with juicy aromas of apple, apricot, peach, grapefruit and some yeast. The perfectly integrated acidity, some melting and the slight minerality make the wine shine at its best. A very tasty, easy-to-drink wine with a great price/pleasure ratio and an enchanting and finesse finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with an aperitif, light Far Eastern dishes, spicy dishes, asparagus, white poultry.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested very selectively and rather late before they are aged in steel tanks after gentle pressing and controlled spontaneous fermentation with long contact with fine yeast.
