About the wine

Tasting note
With a yellow-fruited nose, fine residual sweetness and moderate acidity, Riesling Rotschiefer makes you enjoy the next after every sip. Classy, charming and a wonderfully cool style characterize this entry-level Riesling.
Vinification
The biodynamically cultivated grapes come exclusively from the famous “Roter Hang” location in Rheinhessen and are directly pressed and fermented with natural yeasts. The soils are barren, the locations steep, the climate relatively warm. Overall, the wines from the Roter Hang are completely different from most wines in Rheinhessen. Wines are produced here with a lot of power and are deep and finesse ripe. Moderate in acidity and especially in alcohol.
