Tasting note
This Gutsriesling is animatingly fresh with juicy aromas of apple, apricot, peach, grapefruit and a little yeast. The perfectly integrated acidity, some meltness and the slight minerality allow the wine to shine at its best. A very tasty, drinkable wine with a great price-pleasure ratio and an enchanting and finesse finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, light Far Eastern dishes, spicy dishes, asparagus and white poultry.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested very selectively and rather late before they are aged in steel tanks after gentle pressing and controlled spontaneous fermentation with long contact with fine yeast.
