The Riesling trocken Mineralschiefer aromas of petrol, nectarine and pineapple express a lot of finesse with a very individual structure. The fruity nuances of apple, apricot and lime then show their own character. It stays in the memory: its bright green-yellow delights the eye first and then the mind. Slender body and outstanding acidity result in the white wine, which shows a lot of character and class in the mouth.
