About the wine
With the fine Riesling trocken Haus Klosterberg from 2016, you will positively surprise your friends. Picturesque landscapes of the Mosel-Saar-Ruwer region give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the German Weingut Markus Molitor conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience.

Tasting note
It smells delicately of green apples, apricots, lemons, grapefruits and some quince, shows a present but well-integrated acidity and appears round and harmonious. The aftertaste is dry, light and fresh with a fine minerality.
Vinification
The grape harvest usually takes place at the beginning of October, the grapes are harvested by hand and selected directly. The Klosterberg is spontaneously fermented and matures exclusively in steel tanks before being bottled without fining agents.
