Tasting note
Vogelsang, documented as early as 1659 as a special vineyard site in an exposed location. A steep slope of blue slate with red highlights within the famous steep Trittenheimer Apotheke slope.
Culinary recommendation
It goes very well with fish such as steamed salmon fillet with a few shrimps and fine leek vegetables on small potatoes and also wonderful with a piece of fresh goat cheese and baguette,
