Tasting note
An enchanting Riesling that impresses with lightness, clarity, juiciness as well as plenty of grip and character. Vibrating and fresh, it encourages you to take the next sip.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and then spontaneously fermented in steel tanks, without subsequent inoculation or addition of enzymes. Artificial acidification or deacidification never existed and never will exist. After a long yeast storage period, the wines are minimally sulfurized and closed with a screw cap.
