Tasting note
Crystalline aromas of citrus and stone. Energetic palate with impressive extract, spice, power, elegance and a slightly saline finish.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and then spontaneously fermented in steel tanks, without subsequent inoculation or addition of enzymes. Artificial acidification or deacidification never existed and never will exist. After a long yeast storage period, the wines are minimally sulfurized and closed with a screw cap.
