About the wine
The story of Jim Barry Wines began in 1959 when Jim and his wife Nancy bought the first vineyards in the north of the Clare Valley. Since 1985, the winery has been run by their son Peter and now his children Tom, Sam and Olivia have also joined the business. The quality wines with well-known names such as The Armagh or The McRae Wood are already sold in over 25 countries.

Tasting note
Very intense, aromatic nose with aromas of lemon, lime, white peach, plus white flowers and stony minerality. Dry on the palate with lots of pressure and tension. Juicy with plenty of concentration and incredibly clear aromas that lead to a concentrated long finale. It's already showing great, but anyone who gives the wine a little more time is guaranteed to be rewarded!

Vinification
The grapes for this premium Riesling are carefully picked by hand in small quantities at night and immediately gently pressed. Fermentation and maturation take place in steel tanks on fine yeast.
